The BE&K Building Group selects qualified college students for a challenging
work experience designed to advance their education and reinforce their
decision to choose construction as a profession. Recruiting is conducted
primarily from disciplines such as building construction, construction
management, civil engineering with a construction emphasis, and
architectural engineering. We recruit year round and encourage recent
graduates to apply as well as students beginning their junior or senior years.

The BE&K Building Group offers a Internship/Co-op Program developed to promote a work experience where applications of formal education can be applied along with the actual hands-on experience in the execution of a project. Based on educational background and company needs, the intern or co-op is typically exposed to areas such as estimating, cost and scheduling, preconstruction and coordination meetings, project design, purchasing, and contract/change order management.
